Every generation of wealthtech has changed how wealth is invested. ORDANIS changes how it's administered.

Families are growing more operationally complex — more entities, more properties, more vendors, more trusted professionals, more generations at the table — while the systems around that work are still stitched together one problem at a time. ORDANIS gives your firm one family-centered operating environment.

The Challenge

It's not that things are being missed, or information is wrong. It's that no one sees it all in one place.

Families are more complex, every year

More entities, more properties, more vendors, more obligations, more trusted professionals, more generations sitting at the same table. Operational complexity is compounding faster than any one team — or any one person's memory — can absorb.

The systems were never built as a system

What surrounds that work evolved one problem at a time — a document tool here, a bill-pay tool there, a spreadsheet nobody else can open. The experience families and their advisors live with is fragmented, manual and slow.

Every family is different — so technology that isn't personalized and agile simply doesn't solve the problem. The real estate entrepreneur. The third-generation heir. The corporate executive. The retired professional. The elite professional athlete. The founder approaching an IPO. None of them have had an administrative solution built around how they actually live.

Families don't measure success in quarters. They measure success in generations.

By the Numbers

The complexity is measurable — and growing.

$124T

Projected to transfer across generations through 2048 — the largest intergenerational wealth transfer in history.1

67%

Of wealthy individuals rely on more than one professional — advisor, attorney, accountant, planner — usually working from disconnected systems.2

41% more

Extra time each month that stretched-thin advisors spend on compliance and admin instead of clients, compared to peers with the capacity to focus where it matters.3

Never just one

Even with dedicated staff on hand, the average family office still splits every household across separate platforms — with nothing built to work as one.4

Our Mission

Families are the heartbeat. Trusted professionals are the heroes. ORDANIS is the force multiplier.

What we do: empower trusted professionals with technology and expertise so they can relentlessly pursue the dreams, legacy and success of the families they serve.

One family-centered operating environment

ORDANIS doesn't hand your firm another disconnected tool. It creates a single operating environment built around each household — and extends it, through entitlement-controlled portals, to the professional and vendor network already surrounding that family: the CPA, the estate attorney, the banker, the property manager. Everyone works from the same record, instead of a dozen separate ones.

The outcome isn't just productivity

It's a stronger firm. More effective advisors. Better coordination across every professional a family relies on. And families who feel — because it's true — that everything important to them is being handled safely and seamlessly.

How We Deliver
Optional 100% White-Label Feature

Outsourcing usually risks the relationship. With ORDANIS, clients never see our name — your firm stays the relationship of record on every call and document.

Optional Dedicated Expert

A rotating support queue means nothing sticks and nobody's accountable. One named Expert owns each household, end to end.

AI-Native Platform

Renewals and documents fall through the cracks when they live in six different inboxes. CHRIS, workflows, portals and reporting run continuously in the background — not bolted on after the fact.

0% Fee Markup

Outsourced service too often means a hidden markup eating your margin. This is billed to the household, priced to cover the platform and the expert's time — never a markup on your advisory fee.

Just as Important

What ORDANIS is not.

Clarity Matters

Not a replacement for professionals

ORDANIS does not replace the essential work of accountants, lawyers, advisors, investment managers, bankers, brokers or other licensed professionals.

Coordination, not competition

ORDANIS works in coordination with those professionals — creating more value when everyone works from one shared platform instead of disconnected systems.

Not a competitor to the family's network

ORDANIS does not compete with a family's existing professional relationships, and never tries to insert itself between a family and the people they already trust.

We absorb complexity. We don't add it.

ORDANIS does not add another layer for your team or the family to manage. We absorb the layer that already exists — scattered across systems — into one.

Tier limits are enforced, not just hidden. A Basic or Core household cannot have a workflow, an obligation or a bill-pay instruction written against it by anyone, through any route, unless its plan allows it. If a household moves to a plan that no longer supports something already in use, that work is paused — never deleted — and picks back up automatically the moment the household returns to a plan that includes it.

A household can move between Basic, Core and Premier at any time — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — with no disruption to its portfolio, CHRIS records or history.
